Pauline Julia Thomason 1918-2011 
GREAT BEND — Pauline Julia Thomason, 92, died April 12 at the Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend.
She was born December 26, 1918 at Red Rock, Okla., the daughter of Leonard and Libby (Bridwell) Ward.
She married Solomon Leedy Thomason October 15, 1935, at Ponca City, Okla. He died July 4, 1994. Mrs. Thomason was a Great Bend resident most of her life and was a homemaker. She was a member of First Street Church of God, Hoisington.
Survivors include two sisters, Mildred Bullard, Great Bend; and Marie McNett, Great Bend; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Pearl Ebert and Dorothy Frost, and a foster daughter, Lynn Adams.
A funeral service is scheduled at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 16 at the Bryant Funeral Home with Officiant The Reverend Dick Ogle. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Great Bend. Visitation is scheduled from 1 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 15 and 9 a.m. to service time Saturday, April 16, at the Bryant Funeral Home.
Memorials can be sent to the American Alzheimer’s Association in care of the Bryant Funeral Home.
