SEWARD — Ricki Lee Walker, 56, died Nov. 11 at his home in Seward. He was born Nov. 12, 1953, in Larned, the son of Eddie Ralph and Jennie Pearl (McBride) Walker. He was a retired service technician for the agriculture irrigation industry and a resident of Seward for seven years.
He is survived by his mother, of Macksville; three sons, Jon Walker of Satanta, James Walker of Macksville and and Matt Auble of Seward; a daughter, Naomi Raab of Seward; a brother, Ronnie Walker of Stafford; two sisters, Rhea Overbey of Macksville and JoLinda Rains of Salina; a companion, Ikkin, and six grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Macksville Christian Church, with Pastors Derek Brown and Carey Haner presiding. The body will be cremated at a later date and there will be no public visitation. Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association in care of Minnis Chapel, St. John.
