Sherry Roxann Rolo 1968 - 2016

LUBBOCK, Texas —  Sherry Roxann Rolo, 47, passed away Feb. 12, 2016. Born March 16, 1968, at Pratt County Hospital, she was the daughter of Barry and Eileen Rolo. She graduated from Great Bend High School, Barton County College and Fort Hays State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting. She was a very giving person helping with Senior Santa program, South Plains Food Bank, Meals on Wheels program and various other charities. She was an avid reader and enjoyed going to Las Vegas and Ruidoso as a family.  
Survivors include her parents Barry and Eileen Rolo; and younger brother, Richard. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Francis and Mary Rolo; and maternal grandfather, Wayne Gordon Randle.  
Graveside service will be 4 p.m. on Saturday at Iuka Cemetery in Iuka, with Pastor Louis Keeling presiding. Memorials are suggested to Meals on Wheels, Lubbock Children’s Home or your favorite charity in care of the funeral home.
