Tammy Lee Lowe, 59, passed away Dec. 23, 2019, at her home in Great Bend. She was born Aug. 18, 1960, in Great Bend, to Donald and Lola Mae (Eilts) Calvert.
Tammy, a lifetime resident of Great Bend, served her community as a cook at several area restaurants. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Great Bend, and enjoyed craft work, crotchet and puzzles, but above all, loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and her dog, Princess.
Survivors include her mother, Lola Michael of Great Bend; three sons, James Powell and wife Jennifer of Great Bend, Skyler Gaddis and wife Amanda of Great Bend and Zachery Gaddis of Salina; one daughter, Tonya Cope of Canton, Texas; three brothers, Chris Michael of Great Bend, Steven Michael of Kansas City, Mo., and James Michael of Great Bend; one sister, Jeannie Blair of Salina; and five grandchildren, Madison, Krislyn, Marlee, Camryn and Kade. She was preceded in passing by her father, Donald; and sister-in-law, Patty.
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, Trinity Lutheran Church, Great Bend, with Rev. Jon Brudvig presiding. There will be no viewing or visitation, as cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Tammy Lee Lowe Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
