GREAT BEND — Teri Diane Charles died on May 14, 2016 in Wichita. She was born on June 30, 1979, in Hoisington. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Raymer and Jacob Moore, both of Great Bend; a daughter, Annalise Moore of Great Bend; a grandson, Alex Moore of Great Bend; a brother, Lee Jacobs of Eldorado; her mother Teresa Hannaford of Great Bend; three half brothers; six half sisters; and grandmothers, Oma Sharp of Great Bend, Mary Shoemaker of Lyons, and Norman Jacobs of Colorado. She was preceded in death by her father, Allen Julian; a stepfather, Dennis Hannaford; and grandfathers, Elga Wilkinson, Leroy Sharp, and Daniel Jacobs.
