LARNED — Troy Dean Davis, 43, passed away Jan. 16, 2015, at his home in Larned. He was born Jan. 3, 1972, in Great Bend, the son of Jerrold Dale and Sheryl Lynn Suchy Davis. A lifetime area resident, he was a service technician at Harper Camper Land in Great Bend.
Mr. Davis was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and spending time with his family.
Troy and Paula were together for 16 years, then on Nov. 13, 2007, he married Paula Ann Smith in Pawnee Rock.
 Survivors include his father; his wife Paula, Larned; a son, Troy (T.J.) Davis, Great Bend; a daughter, Audrie Davis, Great Bend; a brother, J.D. Davis, Iowa; a sister, Tina Jones, Washington; a grandson, Austin Flores; and three stepchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned with Father Warren Stecklein presiding. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the Beckwith Mortuary; vigil service and rosary will be 7 p.m. Monday at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel.
