William “Wild Bill” Vsetecka, 89, died Oct. 10, 2015, at Ellinwood District Hospital in Ellinwood. He was born April 9, 1926, at Timken, the son of Emil and Amilia Vsetecka. He married Dolores J. Vsetecka Aug. 29, 1951, at Great Bend.  She died Aug. 8, 1998. A longtime Great Bend resident, William was a truck driver for Graves Truckline, until retirement.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Great Bend.
Survivors include two sons, Morris Vsetecka and Craig Vsetecka, both of Great Bend; two daughters, Collene Sharp of Ellinwood and Pamela Vsetecka of Sedgewick; and one brother Leonard Vsetecka of Brunswick, Ga. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Emil, Ed, Victor, B.F.and Joe Vsetecka; and by one sister, Helen Suchy.
A private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Great Bend Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation, as cremation has taken place. Memorial donations are suggested to the Funeral Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
