GREAT BEND —Wilma K. Morgenstern, 91, died October 25, 2011 at the Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born March 7, 1920 at Otis, the daughter of William and Teresa (Brack) Moore.
She married Martin Morgenstern Dec. 26, 1938 at Otis. The lifelong Barton County resident was the owner of Wilma’s Antiques in Hoisington for 14 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, VFW Auxiliary, both of Hoisington, enjoyed auctions, bingo, fishing and traveling.
Survivors include her husband Martin Morgenstern, of the home; and a sister, Twila Irwin and husband Harold, Topeka.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Woodrow Moore.
A funeral service is scheduled at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27 at the Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home with Officiant The Reverend Kris Brinlee.
Visitation is scheduled from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to service time Thursday, all at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington. Interment will be at the Hoisington Cemetery.
