Dear Editor:Many residents of Ellinwood and Great Bend, who enjoy watching high school students compete in track, will remember Pedro Montoya. He competed for Ellinwood High School in cross country and track and graduated in May, 2014. His mother, Monica Ringering, works at Great Bend High School as a para and his step father is Russell Ringering.
