To the editor:

I would like to publicly express my thanks to Khris Thexton and all of the administrators and school board members who were forced to make some difficult decisions but still allowed us to have in-person classes during this school year. I feel very fortunate to work in a district that provided a means for me to safely instruct my students. As much as some students may feel like they missed out on some activities, our district provided many more opportunities than other districts.

If you see them on the street, be sure and tell them thank you for their great leadership this year and always.
