Dear Editor,

On behalf of the Optimist Club of Great Bend, I would like to say a grateful “Thank you” to our many loyal customers of the Christmas Tree Lot.
The proceeds of this endeavor allow us to fulfill our club’s motto as “Friend of Youth” and sponsor many youth activities, events and projects throughout the year.
We sold out of trees in record time this year and will look forward to next year.
A huge thank you as well to Waters True Value & their staff who allow us the use of their parking lot, tent, signs and assistance.
Thanks go out as well to those who provide us locations for our promotional signs, Delgado’s, Sell Real Estate, Frank McKinney and Farmers Bank.
We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, a wonderful holiday season and an optimistic outlook for 2014.
