Dear Editor,
I want to say KUDOs to Vines and Designs Floral in Great Bend. 
I had scheduled a delivery of flowers from an online vendor and they did not deliver what they promised, or at all for that matter. 
I called Vines and Designs at 2:30 p.m. and asked for a delivery of flowers the following day. 
I told them I had originally wanted the flowers delivered that day and explained my issue. 
I then asked if it would be possible for my order to be delivered by 5 that afternoon. 
They said it would and the flowers arrived an hour and a half later, and were beautiful. 
What great customer service. 
I learned a valuable lesson and they gained a customer for life.
