Dear Editor,
When something turned out very good Abraham Lincoln would say that it “ripened into something more.”
That quote fits the Great Bend City Band it is a marvel of the summer season to witness and hear the production of the Great Bend’s City Band.
Young, old and in-between harmonize a music that exceeds heavenly expectation.
Thanks and congratulations to director Steve Luthi and the dozens of participants. The are truly something “more.”
