I’ve known Allen Owen for 35 years. I have always known her to be a fair and honest person. We serve in two service clubs together,the Noon Lion’s Club and the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Club. Allene represents Great Bend with the highest integrity and works very hard to keep Great Bend one of the best cities to live in and raise a family. Her business experience helps her to use sound judgement in making decisions as a representative for the 3rd Ward on the Great Bend City Council. I encourage all registered voters to get out and vote on April 2nd, and to please consider Allene Owen when selecting a candidate for the 3rd Ward on the Great Bend City Council.
