Dear Editor,
The Family Crisis Center would like to take a moment to thank the many businesses, agencies, organizations, churches and individuals that have supported our work in 2012. We are overwhelmed by the generosity of our communities and the efforts of those who work closely with us to address the impact of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. It is only through your gifts that we are able to sustain our ability to provide comprehensive services throughout our 10 county area and develop new programs that fill the unmet needs identified.
We are also so grateful for those who came to our agency in need of safety. As they reached out their hand they gave us their trust and helped us understand what they needed from us. They are the soul of the organization; teaching us all about courage, strength and hope.
As we venture in to this New Year, may we find the courage to face our fears, the strength to overcome any obstacles, the hope see what is possible, and most importantly, may we all find peace.
