Dear Editor,
We would like to thank the Great Bend Elks for taking the time and effort to prepare a meal for us Veterans. We are certain that this is truly appreciated more than you realize. This wonderful deed allows those who served for our country to be recognized for their true brave actions and who placed their lives in danger to protect our rights, values and freedom. It allows them to know that they have not been forgotten.
