Dear Editor,Although I live out side the city limits I am writing this letter to endorse Thom Boor for Great Bend City Council Third Ward. Thom grew up here and has young and new ideas that this town is in desperate need for. I have known Thom for over 30 years and have never seen him let anyone down.
