The Great Bend Middle School track team won four events at its middle school track meet Tuesday.
Eighth-grade winners were Taylor Lindberg, 400 (1:14.89); Dakota Baldwin, shot put (25-4); and Ali Pierce, long jump (11-7). The Great Bend 8th-grade girls placed third with 77 points. The 7th-grade girls placed fifth with 42 points.
John Szot won the 7th-grade pole vault (6-6). The Great Bend 7th-grade boys placed third with 59 points. The 8th-grade boys placed fifth with 30 points.
