Cougars struggle in Region VI play

NEWTON — The Barton Community College men’s golf team finished in 10th place at the NJCAA Region VI championship on Tuesday.
The Cougars finished at 1,112 strokes.
Dodge City won the championship at 885.
Bryce King led Barton, hitting 264 over 54 holes on Monday and Tuesday.
