Four Cougar basketball players headed to the next level

Four players from the Barton Community College men’s basketball team have committed to play next season at the four year level. Jordan Windholz will stay in Kansas joining the NAIA Bulldogs of McPherson College while three others will be exiting the state to the NCAA Division II level.  Mangisto Deng was the first of the Cougars to sign a letter of intent getting his next level ticket to New Mexico Highlands University while Eddie Hunt signed with Limestone College in South Carolina and most recently, Derek Dorn will be returning to the northeast part of the nation continuing his career at Caldwell University in New Jersey.
Head Coach Craig Fletchall expects three more sophomores to move to the next level as Dequandre Dentmond, Keith Mack, and Tyrone Acuff continue to evaluate opportunities.
