After a tough season on the court, only one Barton volleyball player earned recognition on the All Jayhawk Conference team.
Olivia Naccarato was selected as an honorable mention pick to the team. The freshman from Mulvane led Barton with 242 kills and 90 blocks from the middle. Her block numbers were more than twice the next Cougar.
Naccarato also paced the Cougars with in hitting percentage and was second on the team in service aces with 32.
The 5-11 middle blocker was 12th in the Jayhawk with 31 solo blocks. She was an honorable mention All-Region VI pick as well.
Jayhawk Conference and Region VI champion Hutchinson placed two on the six member first team including Player of the year Aubrey Wilson. Hutch coach Patrick Hall was named the Coach of the Year.
Colby freshman Maia Jankovic was picked as the Freshman of the Year.
