The Claflin Lions Club is sponsoring basketball author and historian Steven Michael Farney on Monday, Feb. 18, at the Claflin Community Center, located at 409 A Street in Claflin.
Farney, a McPherson resident, is recognized as one of the leading authorities on basketball history in Kansas. To date, he has authored three books and numerous articles on the subject.
