Annually a sportsman’s social is held in the fall to offer a fun evening out for hunter’s and non-hunters alike. This event is certainly geared toward the hunters as it traditionally falls on the Friday before the opening of the Kansas Pheasant season. The chapter will hold its annual banquet in April.
“We would enjoy seeing you there this spring,” Schneweis said. “The Cheyenne Bottoms chapter would like to take the opportunity to thank the many supporters, donors, and sponsors that make their events successful. As always, we are interested in new folks join our dedicated committee. If you enjoy hunting, love the outdoors, or just want an opportunity to leave your mark on the natural world, feel free to give us a call.” Schneweis can be reached at 620-282-9592 for tickets or more information.
