AMES, Iowa – Four Cyclones will compete in the 2022 Red Bull USA Basketball 3X Nationals, May 13-15 in Springfield, Mass. featuring 16 men's and 16 women's basketball teams.

Iowa State's Lexi Donarski, Nyamer Diew, Ashley Joens and Claflin's Emily Ryan will represent the Cyclones in the 3x3 competition. The Cyclones earned their invitation based off their appearance in the NCAA Sweet 16.

The event will serve as the final evaluation for the 2022 USA Basketball 3x3 men's and women's national teams.

A 10-minute clock with a 12-second shot clock, will end at 21 points, or the team leading after 10 minutes.
