SALINA — The Great Bend Middle School eighth-grade football team opened up their season with a 20-0 win for the ‘A’ team.
The ‘B’ team finished in a 0-0 tie.
The ‘A’ team’s quarterback, Koy Brack, scored on a 12-yard run. Reece Morss cruised to a 17-yard rushing touchdown, and Danny Franco returned a kick 95-yards for a score.
Great Bend travels to McPherson today.
