Cardinal tennis competes

ELLSWORTH – Hoisington’s No. 2 doubles Rayna Bray/Lauren Higgins led the Cardinals with a fifth-place finish at Thursday’s Ellsworth Tennis Tournament. Bray/Higgins defeated Ellsworth’s Makenna Haas/Neuman 8-2 for fifth place.

Hoisington’s No. 2 singles Claire Crutcher and No. 1 doubles Reese Merlau/Emma Willesen placed sixth and No. 1 singles Hailey Petersilie placed seventh.
