GREENSBURG — Ellinwood 2A state champion Reagan Wirtz kept rolling with first-place medals in the long jump (18-41/2), 100 meters and 200 meters at the Kiowa County Track Invitational.
Ellinwood (78) placed runner-up behind South Gray (103) with five second-place finishes.
The Eagles finished second in the 1,600-meter relay (4:14.31) with Wirtz, Avery Panning, Lexi Thomas and Eleanor Joiner; the 3,200-meter relay (10:07.92) with Panning, Jenna Borror, Thomas and Joiner; Panning, 300 hurdles, (48.79); Borror, 800 (2:37.26) and Joiner, 1,600 (5:26.5).
Pawnee Heights Tiger Addy Pelton was second in the high jump (4-10).
BOYS DIVISION — St. John Tiger Braxton Alpers placed first in the triple jump (43-41/2), second in the long jump (20-2) and joined the first-place 1,600-meter relay (3:32.41) with Jericho Mawhirter, Jace Reyes and Kaden Foote.
Mawhirter won the 100 meters (11.41) and placed runner-up in the 400 meters (51.25). St. John (56) placed second behind Kiowa County (70).
Pawnee Heights Tiger Cody Holste won the 200 meters (24.03).
Ellinwood's Gabe Martinez won the pole vault (12-0).
