Larned baseball sweeps Lyons

LARNED 10, LYONS 8 (G1) – Larned’s Carson Shaver and Caden Morgan each drove home three runs to spark the Indians. Cade Colglazier, Brady Hope, Ty Smith and Deacon Martin also drove home runs.

Larned led 9-7 after three consecutive bases-loaded walks. Martin added a valuable insurance run with a home run. Reliever Morgan worked three innings to earn the victory.

LARNED 16, LYONS 14 (G2) –  Larned took full advantage of 14 walks, four hit batters for a wild 16-14 victory. The Indians busted the game open in a 8-run sixth inning

Lyons permitted nine unearned runs and gave Larned multiple baserunners.

Brady Hope drove home three runs. Ty Smith and Tristan Reagan drove in two runs. Colglazier walked four times.
