Braves host doubleheader today

The Great Bend Braves Class A American Legion baseball team plays host to Dodge City this afternoon at Al Burns Memorial Field.
The doubleheader kicks off at 2 p.m.
The Braves, which are 19-4 this season, are coming off of a pair of wins at home against the Pratt 86ers.
Great Bend won the first game 16-8 and followed it with a 17-8 victory in the night cap.
After today’s games, the Braves take the weekend off and will be back in action against Dodge City at home on Wednesday with the doubleheader starting at 6 p.m.
