Faces in the Crowd
Derrick Whitt, a student at Barton Community College from Detroit, Mich., took advantage of an empty gym at Kirkman Activity Center on a rainy Tuesday night to rain countless jump shots from the perimeter, along with throwing down some dunks, including a two-handed slam (above). Whitt, who attended Barton in the spring semester, says he would like to be a walk-on for the Cougars basketball team, fully knowing the numbers game entering fall camp.
