CUNNINGHAM –  Macksville’s Mayce Russell had to work hard for her 22 points with five field goals and 12 of 22 free throws to lift the Mustangs past Cunningham 54-46 in Tuesday’s non-league basketball game. Russell contributed eight steals.

Kambry Adams delivered nine points, seven rebounds and four assists for Macksville (5-2).

CUNNINGHAM – Macksville’s Diego Esparza scored 25 points with four steals and Hector Gomez added 19 points and nine rebounds in the Mustangs’ 65-47 non-league basketball victory over Cunningham.

Kendall Grippin grabbed 12 rebounds and dished out four assists for the Mustangs (5-2). Cunningham's Will Wegerer scored 20 points. The Wildcats converted 5 of 28 3-pointers.
