ELLINWOOD — Hays Thomas More Prep (6-0) powered past Ellinwood's girls 10-0 and 11-1 in Tuesday's non-league softball doubleheader.

HAYS TMP 10, EAGLES 0 (G1) — Monarch pitcher Brynn Rebel struck out nine batters and threw a 2-hit shutout.

Monarch Brynn Schoepf homered and drove home three runs. Rebel also homered. The Monarchs delivered six extra-base hits.

HAYS TMP 11, EAGLES 1 (G2) — Monarch pitcher Bria Windholz (3-0) struck out seven batters. Monarch Adi Gottschalk homered and drove home four runs. Paige Koenigsman drove in two runs.

Ellinwood's Jenaveve Franco doubled home Bennett Jacobs. Shyria Quintana also doubled.
