Our first mile splits were where they needed to be, but we need to work on our last two mile splits to finish better.”

Macksville’s Jacob Suiter (20:40) placed ninth and Andrew Cross (21:25) finished 11thh and Gabe Wolff (22:38) 14th to spark the Mustang boys to fourth place (72).

“We need to keep challenging each other knowing we need to get better every day to have the same kind of amazing results,” Hullman said.

Kyler Evans (22:14) won the junior varsity boys race followed by teammate Jesus Ibarra (22:15). Abigail Ibarra (24:56) placed second in the JV girls race followed by Krystal Marquez (27:40).
