HOISINGTON — The Hoisington High School Winter Jam kicked off with a surprising finish as the No. 8-seeded Otis-Bison beat No. 1 seed Minneapolis on Monday afternoon.
The Lady Cougars (5-6) were led by Janel Tammen, who scored a game-high 18 points.
Kim Pechanec added eight points.
Kelsie Paige led Minneapolis with 12 points.
