PRATT – The Great Bend Braves Legion baseball team took advantage of four Pratt errors, eight walks and two hit batters to beat Pratt 7-2 for third place in the Smoky Ford Wood Bat Tournament.The Braves scored one run with a base hit, scoring the other runs on errors and groundballs.Jesus Bujanda singled home Calan Haberman in the first inning. Cal Kasier scored on Haberman’s groundball for a 2-2 tie.Colin Hall and Joey Soupiset scored on third-inning Pratt errors for a 4-2 lead. Haberman stole home, Townshend Kurth scored on Eduardo Bujanda’s groundball and Jesus Bujanda scored an error for a 7-2 decision.Jesus Bujanda worked into the sixth inning and Eduardo Bujanda completed the final two innings.The Braves (22-12) play at Buhler July 5, a tuneup for the Buhler Zone July 11-14 on Buhler’s turf infield.
