NATOMA— Taylor Rolfs totaled 21 kills over three matches as Central Plains recorded a 3-0 sweep at last week’s quad at Natoma.
The Oilers downed the host team in the opening round of competition in two sets by scores of 25-9 and 25-4.
Rolfs posted 10 kills against Natoma while Taylor Oeser recorded seven digs in the win. Rolfs also grabbed two blocks in the victory. Cassidy Crites tallied nine assists and a pair of service aces.
Central Plains then defeated Wilson in two sets, 25-13 and 25-12.
Rolfs notched a six kill outing with two aces and three blocks while Kylee Kasselman added five kills. Oeser again led the defense with five digs. Crites had 11 assists.
Rolfs and Crites posted five kills each in a 25-4, 25-7 victory over Chase. Rolfs and Crites supplied seven and six assists respectively in that match while Reagan Phelan tallied six digs to lead the defense.
Central Plains starts the season at 3-0 and will compete in tournament action at Ellsworth on Saturday, September 12.
