CLAFLIN – The No. 3 seeded-Ellinwood’s girls rolled to four consecutive wins to capture the Central Prairie League volleyball tournament. Top-seeded Central Plains finished fourth and No. 2 seeded Otis-Bison placed fifth.
Ellinwood (22-13) defeated Kinsley 25-17, 25-13 and LaCrosse 25-18, 25-13 in pool play and Ness City 25-23, 15-25, 25-21 and St. John 25-21, 25-21 in bracket play.
