GBHS competes in Garden City

GARDEN CITY — The Great Bend High School girls’ varsity golf team participated at the Garden City Invitational on Monday.
Great Bend finished 11th in the team standings at the invite.
McKenna Mauler, a sophomore, led the way for GBHS, carding 111. Junior Maddie Werth shot 113, Taylor Mohr finished at 135 and Michaela Cape rounded out the list with a 154.
Great Bend returns to the links on Tuesday at the Salina South Invitational.
