McPHERSON    Seth Bryan of Winfield High School carded 69 to edge Arkansas Citys Dax Shaw by one stroke to win medalist honors at the McPherson golf invitational on Thursday.
Ark City also had the third-place finisher in Riley Dowler at 74, as Ark City (301) beat second-place Hutchinson by five strokes.
Great Bend senior Jeff Keenan finished in a five-way tie for 18th place at 79.
At 330, the Panthers finished in seventh place.
