HOISINGTON — Last Tuesday, the Hoisington High School volleyball team took on the Great Bend Panthers. Hoisington went 3-0 on the night as all three levels won.
In the JV match, Hoisington once again gave Great Bend game one and came back to win the next two straight for the victory.
In the third match, it was the varsity playing the best-of-five. Hoisington got off to a slow start as it played with a new lineup, due to some changes and Mallory Flagor’s back injury.
Hoisington lost to the Lady Panthers, 25-21 in game one.  In game two, it came back to win 26-24 and then won 25-10 and 25-13 to capture the match.
“It took us a little time to adjust to a different line up but it was a great team effort by everyone,” Hoisington head coach Tina Johnson said. “Our bench has been a major factor in our success. We have been very unselfish this year.”
