ELLINWOOD — Hoisington High’s Ryan Broeder posted a 6-over-par 70 (35-35) and lost a tiebreaker for first place honors at the Ellinwood Golf Tournament at Grove Park Golf Course. First-place medalist Zach Schissler of Sterling also posted a 70 (36-34).Hoisington’s Matt Mettling finished sixth with a 78 (40-38). Ellinwood’s Connor Ewing finished seventh, 79 (37-42); and Hoisington’s Chris Wright placed eighth, 79 (36-43).
