GARDEN CITY — The Great Bend High School girls’ soccer team took Western Athletic Conference powerhouse Garden City to a 0-0 tie after 100 minutes of playing time on Thursday.
“It was a really good game,” GBHS head coach Gus Prieto said. “They have a really good team, and we played very well.”
The Lady Panthers record sits a 3-1-1 with a WAC record of 1-0-1.
GBHS is back in action on Monday night on the road against Dodge City. This starts a week in which the Lady Panthers play three WAC opponents including Dodge on Monday, Hays at home on Tuesday and Liberal on the road on Thursday.
