Macksville’s boys finished runner-up with 86 points behind champion Ness City (93) with St. John third (81).
St. John’s Triston Long swept the 1,600 (5:04.08) and 3,200 (11:24.34) and Quincy Smith captured the 800 (2:07.14). The Tigers won the 1,600 relay (3:35.0) with Jorge Calleros, Alexis Valenzuela, Chase Fisher and Quincy Smith competing. The Tigers won the 3,200 relay (8:46.41) with Smith, Long, Fisher and Calleros competing.
Central Plains’ Alex Barton won the high jump (6-2) and Macksville’s Alex Freeman won the pole vault (9-6).
