LARNED — Otis-Bison hung close, despite Macksville’s early surge, but the Mustangs broke free in the second half, outscoring the Cougars 32-10.
Kyle Bunker was the leading scorer for the Mustangs for the second straight game with 21 points. Bunker sank two 3s and hit 3 of 4 free throws.
Derek Bevan added 19 points for Macksville.
Otis-Bison leaned on its big man, 6-foot-3 junior Brandon Pechanec, the only Cougars player in double figures with 10.
Dylan Wissman and Patrick Piper each added six points.
