SALINA — Great Bend High School took two golfers  — sophomore McKenna Mauler and junior Maddie Werth — to the Salina Central Lady Mustang Invitational on Tuesday.
Garden City finished 1-2 in the individual standings, and beat Manhattan in the team standings by five strokes.
Garden City’s Abbi Shaddixm was medalist at 34, followed by Abby Campbell as runner-up at 35.
Garden finished with a team score of 143, followed by Manhattan at 145 and Hays in third place at 158. Central was a distant fourth at 174.
Mauler finished at 45, and Werth finshed  at 47.
