“I was very impressed with our past two tournaments,” said GBHS coach Dustin Wheeler. “I believe we’re starting to play our best tennis of the season. WAC was very close and we came up short with a second place finish but the girls played their hearts out and left it all on the court and for that I’m very proud. Macy is playing her best tennis right now and it’s a perfect time with regional and state coming up,” he said.
This weekend’s regional meet will be hosted by Salina Central. Moyers will more than likely represent the Panthers as the top seed in singles.
