NESS CITY 32, ELLINWOOD 22
ELLINWOOD – Ness City tailback Brennan Chacon scored four touchdowns to rally for a 32-22 Central Prairie League football victory over Ellinwood in Friday’s homecoming game.
Ellinwood (1-3, 1-3 CPL) led 22-16 after Kody Koetter scored on a 55-yard run in the third period. He gained 79 yards rushing.
But Chacon scored on a 39-yard run and added a 2-yard touchdown for the 10-point margin. Chacon scored on a 10-yard pass from quarterback John Pfannenstiel and on a 46-yard run. Ness City converted all four extra points.
Ellinwood tailback Drew Blake scored two touchdowns and rushed for 138 yards on 31 carries. Chacon led Ness City (2-2, 2-2 CPL) with 141 yards.

OXFORD – Stafford’s Caleb Hildebrand scored four touchdowns in a 48-24 non-league football loss to Oxford. Hildebrand scored on runs of 12, 37, 41 and 45 yards.
Oxford’s Callen Shimkus scored three touchdowns and Andrew Hills and Dalton Silhan each scored two touchdowns.

OTIS – Otis-Bison turned back a 2-point play by Collin Kisner for a 22-20 upset victory over No. 4 state-ranked Victoria in Friday’s Central Prairie League football game.
Otis-Bison quarterback Anton Foust scored on 4- and 6-yard runs and completed a 49-yard touchdown pass to Maitland Wiltse. Otis-Bison (3-1) converted two extra points on a Foust run and a Foust pass to Daniel Scott.
Victoria’s Kisner scored on a 65-yard run on the game’s first play from scrimmage and added a 12-yard touchdown. Tyler Knoles scored on an 8-yard run with 2:47 left in the game.

KINSLEY – Central Plains quarterback Myles Menges threw for four touchdowns and scored a rushing touchdown in the Oilers’ 68-0 Central Prairie League victory over Kinsley.
The Oilers (3-1, 3-1 CPL) had Alex Barton and Dalton Beck each caught two touchdown passes. Jerred Bieberle, Jacob McAtee and Dylan Lemieux each scored rushing touchdowns. The Oilers rushed for 307 yards and Menges completed four passes, all for touchdowns. Philip Donecker scored on a 16-yard fumble return. Kade Beck intercepted a pass and recovered a fumble and Devin Ryan intercepted a pass. Alex Barton and Dylan Lemieux forced fumbles.
