LARNED — In spite of a third-quarter spark that had Larned High School outscore Thomas More Prep Marian 24-10, the Indians had their rally cut short on Tuesday night.
TMP secured the Mid-Central Activities Association victory 69-63.
Larned (3-11) was led by Easton Palmer, who finished with 28 points. He drained seven 3-pointers, including four in the third quarter.
Camryn Bryant added 13 points, and Brayden Smith scored 10.
The Indians host Ellinwood on Tuesday night.

Hoisington 55, Victoria 46
VICTORIA — A 16-4 second quarter followed by a 17-9 third period both in Hoisington’s favor helped the Cardinals hold off a Victoria rally in the final eight minutes.
Hoisington center Cody Stetler scored 31 points and grabbed 14 rebounds for a double-double. He also finished with eight blocks.
Anthony Broeder added 11 points.
Hoisington travels to Ellinwood on Friday night.
