The winner secures a 3A playoff berth. Until Pratt knocked off Hoisington two weeks ago, Larned was the last team to beat Hoisington at home.
Larned rolled past Lyons 46-0 without RB RB Anthony McConnell (748 yards, 10 TDs) and Wes Davis. Shevin Martin and Damontay Phillips combined for 242 rushing yards. Mason Perez and Jordan Taylor scored on interceptions.
“We’re trying to play a great football game Friday. We’ve played a tough schedule and that has definitely prepared us well to play top-rated teams,” said Larned coach A.B. Stokes. “Our tackling and blocking has gotten better. It’s easy for us to get up to play Hoisington. They are a really good football team.”
Hoisington owns five consecutive playoff trips, including a trip to the 3A semifinals last year. TB Sean Urban (785 yards, 9 TDs) and RB Wyatt Pedigo (476 yards, 7 TDs) combined for 321 rushing yards and five touchdowns in a 45-8 rout over Ellsworth.

OTIS-BISON (6-1, 3-0)
at triplains (0-7, 0-3)
The Cougars have secured the school’s 14th playoff trip. TB Blake Bahr (719 yards, 16 TDs) scored four touchdowns to spark a 54-8 rout of Dighton. Bahr rushed for 208 yards and QB Anton Foust rushed for 143 yards and passed for 33 yards. Foust (578 rushing, 10 TDs; 475 passing, 8 TDs) and RB Daniel Scott (142 yards, 3 TDs) help the offense.

St. John forfeited last week with TB Kevin Neri-Leon (ankle), WR Cashe McVey (ankle) and QB Eddie Ibarra (knee) sidelined last week.
The No. 3-state ranked Central Plains Oilers have secured a playoff berth. QB Myles Menges (806 yards, 17 TDs) completed four touchdown passes and Alex Barton (390 yards, 8 TDs) and Dalton Beck each caught two TD passes. Menges passed for 136 yards.
The Oilers start QB Myles Menges, C-DE Philip Donecker, RG-DE Lee Letourneau, LG Kealy Burris, E-DB Kade Beck, E-S Alex Barton, RB-LB Dalton Beck, RB Alex Hickel, RB-LB Jerred Bieberle, NG Dylan Lemieux and DB Devin Ryan.

Macksville has reached the playoffs 13 times and will seek its first trip since 2011. QB Kody Mead (1,101 yards, 24 TDs) threw for three TDs and rushed for two scores last week. Harley Blaske averages 7.6 tackles and Nate Brandyberry averages 6.8 tackles per game. TB Jacob Rein caught three TD passes (414 yards rushing, 435 yards receiving, 17 TDs) and WR Kreed Parr (418 yards receiving, 9 TDs, 4 int) lead the passing game. Karson Waters intercepted two passes and Nate Brandyberry intercepted a pass.
The Mustangs start RB-WR Jacob Rein, QB-DE Kody Mead, E-DB Karson Waters, D-DB Kreed Parr, RB Luis Saenz, C-NG Kaleb Lickiss, LG-DE Clayton Cross, LB Nate Brandyberry and LB Brandon Ibarra.
Attica QB Trevor Pierce (570 yards, 9 TDs; 517 rushing, 3 TDs) and RB Mason Miller (427 yards, 8 TDs) lead an offense averaging 208 yards rushing and 89 yards passing per game.

at Stafford (3-4, 2-1)
Stafford gets tuned up for a playoff showdown with Pretty Prairie (5-2, 2-1) next week. Caleb Hildebrand scored a touchdown and had 13 tackles and Kleyton Schreiber, Ethan Hildebrand recovered fumbles in a 52-6 loss to South Barber. RB Justice Manning (426 yards, 4 TDs) and Hilebrand (686 yards, 11 TDs) lead the offense. Stafford has made five playoff trips, the last time in 2014.

Ellinwood managed 16 yards rushing in a 64-0 halftime loss to state-ranked Central Plains. The Redskins feature QB Levi Swenson (516 yards, 7 TDs, RB Hunter Thomas (432 yards, 14 TDs) and RB Peyton Harvey (521 yards 12 TDs).
