Quicksilver 18 win title in Larned
The Quiksilver 18s team, coached by Randy Moyers, Michelle Barber, Ryan Bownes and Lee Bretz, played in the Larned Renegades fastpitch tournament. After losing to the Renegades, 1-0, in pool play, The Quicksilver met them again for the championship. Trailing 4-0 heading into the top of the seventh, the Quicksilver tied it, sending the game to extra innings. Quicksilver won 7-4.
